Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item, not before you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused or unworn), with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receipt if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about special-order items (such as special orders or personalized items), items that have been used, or specific items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once your return has been approved. We cannot accept exchanges before the item arrives, as the shipping company will place the order and deliver the item once your order has been placed.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days, minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
